Contract

By clicking on the “Submit” Button, you will be confirming that you have read and understood all of RAM’s Standard Terms and Conditions and Legal Documentation associated with the specific service you have requested from RAM. In particular you will be confirming and agreeing to, inter alia, the following Material Terms:

Material Terms

• Service

  The Type of Service you have requested, which Service will be provided by RAM to you subject to RAM’s Standard Terms and Conditions and Legal Documentation

• Risk

  Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Shipper and RAM –

  • the Shipper acknowledges that the Shipper shall dispatch and RAM shall provide the Service/s solely at the Shipper’s risk;
  • neither RAM, nor RAM’s Personnel shall be liable for any Loss, save where such Loss is due to the gross negligence of RAM;
  • no insurance, liability option or other indemnity shall be provided by RAM to the Shipper in respect of any of the Services.
• Cancellations

  Note – We will be sending a Courier to collect upon Payment of the Service Fee and accordingly all payments are Non-Refundable.

  RAM will charge for collection if no one is available to hand over the parcel at the time of collection

• Changes To Collection Or Delivery Address

  Subsequent Change of Collection or Delivery Address will be charged for

  Change of Collection or Delivery Address Change - CHARGE = new Delivery Charge.

• Incorrect Chargeable Weight

  Should the Shipper pay the incorrect amount as a result of failure to disclose or incorrect disclosure of Volumetric Weight, Actual Weight and/or Chargeable Weight RAM reserves the right to charge an additional fee based on the correct Chargeable Weight. RAM shall not deliver the parcel until the correct Service Fee has been paid.

  Change of Weight Fee will be the difference between the amount actually paid and the correct Chargeable Weight

  When the change results in a lower service fee the change fee applies and there is no refund of residual.

• Prohibited items

  The Shipper undertakes and agrees that it shall NOT tender any Shipment containing any Prohibited Items. Click here for the full schedule of Prohibited items

• Restricted items

  The Shipper undertakes and agrees that it shall NOT without RAM’s prior written consent, tender any Shipment containing any Restricted Items. Click here for the full schedule of Restricted items

  Should the Shipper wish to tender any Restricted Item then the Shippers attention is drawn to Clause 6 (Packaging) of RAM Standard Terms and Conditions of Service
